Okay my loves, so I have been really trying to eat natural foods and it hasn’t been as hard as I thought it would be. Okay, I love pizza, and not eating that has been hard, but I can’t believe how many delicious and healthy recipes there are to try! This one is for chocolate chip cookies, and they are SOOOOO good, like unbelievable! What’s great is you can actually have one each day and not feel guilty in the least bit! In fact, you can actually rest assured that all the ingredients are natural and super beautifying, I swear this is not a joke! The walnuts are rich in Omega fatty acids which will give you gorgeous shiny, healthy hair, while the dark chocolate is rich in antioxidants so is great for your skin! This is so yummy, try to limit yourself to one per day, since dates are rich in sugar! I do recommend doubling or tripling the recipe, I doubled and my family ate them within 5 minutes! PS if you guys want me to make a video out of this, let me know! <3<3

14-16 dates (pitted)
1 cup walnuts
1 teaspoon vanilla bean/extract
1 egg
1 teaspoon baking soda
1/3 cup Lindt 85% Dark Chocolate chopped into small pieces
dash of Himalayan salt

Put the walnuts in a food processor until grinded into a meal, then remove. Add dates into processor until it becomes a paste, then mix with the walnuts. You may need to use your hands and need the walnuts and dates together. Then add egg and vanilla bean, and using a wooden spatula fold over until mixed well. In a separate bowl mix baking soda and salt, then add to the mixture and mix well. Last add dark chocolate and fold into mixture with spatula. Once mixed, make into balls and place on cookie sheet, then using a spoon flatten out cookies (otherwise they will stay balls). Cook at 190 C (375 F) for 10 minutes or until slightly brown around edges. Let cool completely, then serve!
